NGS Scholar · Class of 2020
Jordan Pearce
In honor of Jordan's father, SSG Brian Pearce, U.S. Army
Jordan Pearce graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Longwood University in 2020. She was a paralegal after college, and she is now a sale closer at a title settlement agency.
Jordan’s father, Army Staff Sergeant Brian Pearce, served in 4-11 Field Artillery (172nd Stryker Brigade) in Taji, Iraq in 2006. During this deployment to Iraq, he suffered multiple traumatic injuries from an improvised explosive device (IED) blast.
NGS would also like to thank the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund in helping Jordan to reach her dreams.
At NGS, my experience working with everyone, especially Rebekah, has been incredible. I’ve had so many resources to help make my college experience much easier. And not having to worry about whether I can afford books or whatever other financial expenses college brings has been more of a blessing than I could ever imagine. I’m going into the workforce with no student debt because of NGS!

The NGS scholarship is more than just a scholarship to me. The program itself keeps patriotism alive and that's very important to me considering how much my mother has sacrificed through mind, body and spirit. I want to thank all of the donors who made my scholarship possible!
