Ja'Niayah Ellis
In honor of Ja'Niayah's father, SSG James Ellis, U.S. Army
Ja'Niayah is a Social Work major at Augusta University whose goal is to become a pediatric medical social worker in the hematology and oncology field. She is a member of the Augusta University Cheerleading Team and helps lead the university's Gold Star Family Organization.
Her father, Army SSG James Ellis, was killed in action during his second deployment supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
NGS has been a fantastic help to my college journey. Not only have they supported me by removing that financial need, but they have also awarded me with various opportunities to help pursue my career, such as providing access to LinkedIn, regular school check-ins, and tips and tricks on networking.
