April is Month of the Military Child
This month, especially, we proudly recognize the resilience and strength of military children. The Month of the Military Child shines a light on the unique challenges and sacrifices military children face.

At No Greater Sacrifice (NGS), we are honored to support the children of our brave Service members. We remain deeply committed to honoring their families' sacrifices by investing in their children's undergraduate education and helping them to achieve their dreams and goals.

These children exemplify courage, adaptability, and quiet strength. Their journeys inspire us, and their futures deserve our continued support.

Join NGS this month, and every day, in recognizing and uplifting these remarkable children!

NGS in the News
Last month, SSG John Wayne Walding, USA (Ret.) was featured on Fox News with host Mike Emanuel to highlight Veterans whose families have been supported by NGS. John Wayne and his wife, Amy, have four children who are all NGS Recipients. The interview began with John Wayne explaining his part in the 2008 Battle of Shok Valley in Afghanistan, during which he lost a leg to a sniper, and then continued to return fire for hours. Yet, he quickly pivoted to a message of gratitude.

NGS is honored to walk alongside and support all four Walding children! Emma is currently attending the University of Arkansas, pursuing a major in Graphic Design, and Sam is attending Northern Arizona University, pursuing a major in Strategic Communications. Andie and Hannah are future use recipients and will use their scholarships when they become college-age.

John Wayne remarked, "That's what's different about No Greater Sacrifice. They don't just write a check: they really do mentor these children of the fallen and wounded to help them create their dreams, and then most importantly, execute that dream."

NGS is privileged to support families like the Waldings!

Charity Tip of the Month: Double Your Impact for Military Children
In honor of the Month of Military Child, look for ways to multiply your https://us.list-manage.com/17CrKf0642o?e=3353e3bcf4&c2id=d9f212456648e63ea3f4a7570ea6cf2a">impact by leveraging matching opportunities. One powerful technique is to use employer matching gifts: many companies will match donations dollar-for-dollar, effectively doubling your support at no additional cost to you. Another option is to group your giving with family, friends, or colleagues to create a mini "matching challenge," inviting others to join you and matching their gifts up to a set amount. By leveraging matching opportunities, your generosity goes further for military children and their educational journeys.
